Ground Loop (GL) installed my two geothermal systems in 4/2015. Of the 3 companies I got a quote from, GL's was the best, and when said and done, appeared to be the right decision. The systems have been great and GL's service and customer service have been great.Only thing the cost of their yearly maintenance contacts have almost doubled. They do perform two yearly comprehensive check ups. Just wished they could do something to lower the yearly cost.
About ten years ago we had geothermal heating and air conditioning installed and have been using Ground Loop to maintain the furnace and system ever since. They have been great to work with and I feel are trustworthy enough to recommend to family and friends who have the land to install a geothermal system.
I have been a customer of Ground Loop Heating and Air Conditioning for about eight years. Since my first meeting with their staff it has been a terrific experience. Everyone has been very helpful and courteous. Staff is very knowledgeable and has kept our geothermal system operating flawlessly for all these years. Thank you for such extraordinary service.
Called in to set up service were very professional and polite, tech showed up correct day and time. Tech put in booties to keep my home clean and went right to work. I was impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. He diagnosed problem very quickly and set up return date for "sealed system" repair. He returned that day and completed the repair and checked the unit completely . great job
Always a great experience with this company, the manager and their teams go above and beyond to make sure everything is working and correct. I highly recommend their AC and heat services yearly and any other HVAC needs. Its hard to find good companies these days you can trust.

Groundloop oversaw and installed installation of a geothermal system. Everything went as planned from the drilling of the well to the installation of the heat pump. The Ground Loop staff and workers were professional, prompt, polite and were consistently communicative so we understood every step of the process. Routine maintenance calls were also excellent. Recommend the company highly.

My current HVAC company told me I needed new pumps for my geothermal system to replace the ones they had just installed 3 years earlier, so I decided to have three different companies quote. Ground Loop quoted the work based off a picture of the pumps and specs of what the other companies quoted. I chose Ground Loop because they were 20% less than my usual service provider. Their technician team showed up and in 5 minutes told me I didn't need a pump and that only the motor was bad. They carry motors with them, so he replaced the motor only. Stated that pumps usually last up to 20 years. He saved me $2,000 by doing the honest thing and not selling me something I didn't need. Ground Loop is now my new go to for maintenance and service for my Geothermal unit. They also seemed much more knowledgeable than the other companies that quoted the work. Honesty and know how pay off.
My 3rd geo thermal thermal unit installed as they have been wonderful. Can't say enough good stuff about the ground loop people.
Ground Loop has provided us with excellent service every time keeping our system running well throughout the year. They first refitted our entire system a few years back giving us peace of mind and giving us the best usage of our geothermal system.

We had a geo unit installed by Groundloop over 10 years ago. They provide excellent, professional service and I have had no issues since the install. I have had them out on a regular basis for routine maintenance, as well as a few other projects like humidifier installation.
Groundloop did my install in 2010 and has provided outstanding annual maintenance since. I would highly recommend.
I trust these guys with my heating and air conditioning. They’ve been around for a while so that means that they’ve made mistakes and fix them, they have a lot of experience in the field and fixing my units right away and I have no problems. Thank you for your good service and reasonable prices for theexperienced work that was performed on my house.

Ground Loop Heating and Air Conditioning has been fantastic to work with. Our geothermal system is 12 years old, and they've been instrumental in helping us keep it in top shape. We've had Antonio as our technician for a few years now, and he is always on time and incredibly thorough. He doesn't just do the work; he provides great advice on maintenance we can do ourselves.The company is excellent about proactive care, always calling us in advance to schedule maintenance. This has been a huge help in keeping us accountable and ensuring we don't fall behind on the proper care for our expensive system. It's reassuring to know they are keeping an eye on things. Highly recommend!
